The Bridesmaids!
Since our ceremony venue is known to be very windy I'm nervous about having shorter dresses as they may blow during the ceremony....so we'll be going with long dresses in a maxi style! These will likely be the dresses....style 7017 by Alfred Angelo. The fabric is a light chiffon which should move nicely in the breeze and also be lightweight enough for the middle of the summer! The dress will be in Pool and the sash will be in Cherry.
The Bouquets and Boutonnieres
Since our colors are Tiffany/pool blue and cherry red, I'm going to have my bridesmaids carry simple red bouquets. Each girl will carry a bouquet of a single type of flower all in red - one girl with daisies, one girl with roses, one girl with lilies. All of the groomsmen will wear a boutonniere of a single different flower complementing the bridesmaids' bouquets.
The Groomsmen
FI has told me that since he did not have a say in helping select my wedding attire, I am not allowed to have a say in his wedding attire! As a result all I know is that the guys will be in black tuxedos with long ties....no idea about anything else!
